Simple electronic load, mainly used to test the charger.
The charger can be tested with a PD decoy device.

The load input voltage is 2-30V, the maximum power is 100W, which is fine for a short time, but the heat dissipation is not enough for a long time, and 40W for a long time is no problem.
The upper and lower potentiometers adjust the current independently. Each channel is about 3A max.
New version improvements 2021.7.5
1) The power supply is only external USB power supply, and a 0505 isolation module is added, so there is no need to consider possible problems caused by common ground.
The power supply of the op amp passes through the 0505 isolation module and then is boosted to 12V by the MT3608.
You can also use the 0512 module directly without MT3608, just solder R32 0R.
2) The fan power supply does not go through the isolation module. MT3608 boosts the voltage to 12V. Weld F3 but not F4.
If there is a 5V fan, you can also use MT3608 without soldering F4 instead of F3.
The fan is a 0410 turbo fan.
3) Change the electrolytic capacitor to a chip type to reduce the number of plug-ins. Convenient for teppanyaki welding.
