Portable auxiliary power supply

Overview

Portable auxiliary power supply XL6019 + TPS5430 auxiliary power supply.
On the one hand, this power supply board is used for training in electric competitions, which really requires a power chip with strong load capacity to meet the needs. On the other hand, it is also a practical exercise of the knowledge learned and exercise of ability. The main idea is to use 6019 to boost the voltage first, and then cooperate with 5430 to reduce the voltage. This solution is a direct application of the BUCK and BOOST structure and there is nothing special about it. Of course, BUCK-BOOST power chip can also be used, but its load capacity and price cannot be guaranteed. It can be directly powered by common 5V and 12V batteries, which is more convenient to use.
XL6019
Features 5V to 40V wide input voltage range Single feedback pin controls positive or negative output voltage
Current mode control provides excellent transient response 1.25V output voltage sampling voltage
Fixed 180KHz switching frequency Maximum 5A switch current
SW Built-in overvoltage protection function Excellent line and load regulation EN pin TTL shutdown function Built-in power MOS 94% or more conversion efficiency
TPS5430
Up to 3-A Continuous (4-A Peak) Output Current• High Efficiency up to 95% Enabled by 110-mΩ Integrated MOSFET Switch• Wide Output Voltage Range: Adjustable Down to 1.22 V with 1.5% Initial Accuracy• Internal Compensation Minimizes External PartsCount• Fixed 500 kHz Switching Frequency for Small Filter Size• Improved Line Regulation and Transient Response by Input Voltage Feed ForwardThe

sure to pay attention to the positive and negative when connected to the XH plug of the 12V lithium battery (don't ask why, you must pay attention)
In this scheme, only the output +12V and -12V are verified, but the circuits for outputting other voltage values are also similar. You only need to change the voltage-dividing feedback resistor.
Those who need to use it can directly download and order according to personal needs to increase the number of output channels.
If you have any questions, you can leave them in the comment area and I will reply when I see them.
