LED Mini fill light

Low cost LED fill light. High brightness, high color index, no flicker. Compact size. 
Due to size issues, the design of PCB sandwiched with aluminum substrate was chosen. The light panel uses an aluminum substrate to dissipate heat faster.

The heat dissipation method is passive heat dissipation + heat sink (the current PCB heat dissipation temperature is relatively high) will be around 40-50 degrees for a long time, and the heat sink size is 40*40*11MM.

LED driver uses CN5728, supports 2.85V-6V input, and the constant output current can reach 1.5A. Supports multiple lighting modes, simple and easy to use.

CN5728 supports three types of high brightness, low brightness and strobe; Bright light mode.
 
The flash duration interval can be changed by changing the capacitance value of C1 on the CT pin to change the flash period.

IV. Notes
The current verification version is the non-battery version, and the battery version circuit has been verified at https://oshwhub.com/23studio/deng-xiang. When using the battery version, please add a cooling fan to avoid unnecessary danger caused by heat.
 
In the aluminum substrate layer project, four light panels are assembled and need to be cut by yourself. If you only need one type of lamp or if you replace it with other lamp beads, you can only use one. When replacing the lamp bead, please modify the ISET pin resistance according to the formula.
 
When using a 1.8K-2.1K resistor, high-end heating is above 50 degrees. Choose 2.2K and above, high-end heating below 45. If you want a high-end, always-on light, please choose a resistor above 2.2K.

After a rigorous illumination test, at the same measured distance, the illumination of three lamp beads is only approximately higher than that of one lamp bead. 500lux. Two lamp beads may be the limit of this circuit.
 
When pasting the heat sink, please use thermal paste or heat sink with a heat dissipation coefficient of 1.0 or above.
