Overview

The module adapter board adapted to RTL8811CU and 21CU has a DC-DC circuit on the board, and is impedance controlled during design to improve the USB signal line and antenna impedance control. High stability. Secondly, after intensive 24-hour work, it is ensured that the module and DC-DC circuit can work at a PCB temperature of 60°C+. The DC-DC used is SY8089, which can provide 2A current output. The temperature rise is small when the actual measurement is 3.3V@1.2A. Use Jialichuang 4-layer board, the board structure is generally recommended by JLC04121H-7628, the thickness is 1.2mm, and there is no requirement for lamination. There is an important point: there is a problem with the inductor on some modules, which will cause the module to be unstable and the stress test will directly collapse. This can be solved by shorting the 0603 resistor.

Using this SMD antenna, the signal quality is quite good.
