Overview

The input is 12V, 0~28v, 0~10A, the output power is 220W,
the casing is 54*145*150mm aluminum shell
 
, the output ripple is 190mv at full load
(in fact, the experimental board only has 140mv ripple at full load... I don’t know what’s going on).
The material is uncontrollable. It is impossible to mass-produce and can only be DIY. If the code is poorly written, it will not be released. The MCU has not been selected and the resources are not enough, so this is the result.
The PCB is printed directly, and the materials
are wound wound by yourself. The 330125 magnetic ring boost inductor is wound with two 1.4mm enameled wires with 7 turns of 8.2uh. The buck inductor is made with one 1.4mm enameled wire with 15 turns of 42uh.
Do not change the materials randomly as it will boom!
The output capacitor is a 5X100uf solid-liquid hybrid capacitor plus a single 680uf large electrolytic capacitor.
The cooling fan is a 4015 fan. Please use a ball fan. The TB single-digit garbage fan cannot rotate (PWM speed regulation). It is a 40*40*100mm U-shaped slotted aluminum radiator.
The materials are welded first (the MOS and inductor programs are downloaded and then welded) and the programs are downloaded in sequence.
M5*48 binding posts, M3*12 hexagonal screws, M3*14 flat head screws, FPC*0.5*18pin bottom connection female base, FPC0.5*18pin reverse cable arrangement. 3mm, 6mm nylon column inner diameter 3mm.
