Charger aging control (electronic load switch, maximum around 20A)

 
Overview

   The aging process of the charger requires manual activation of the power supply. The function of this module is to replace manual labor and automatically scan once after startup. Currently, a total of 8 ports are designed. 8 high-power MOS tubes can drive a maximum load of about 20A. During the automatic startup activation process, the entire module is equivalent to a high-power electronic switch, which works automatically in chronological order. It is equipped with a reset button that can be reset at any time. MOS tubes replace relays. (I have tried relay control to switch on and off large currents. When disconnected, the contacts can easily arc and cause damage!) The microcontroller uses 90C52, and there is still a lot of port margin. It is the first time to do it, and you can continue to improve it if necessary.
