ESP32-WROOM-32 development board

Overview

It refers to the original ESP32 development board, and adds DCDC step-down and CH343G serial port chips on this basis. The interface is compatible with the original version. Thanks to the characteristics of CH343G, the download circuit is simpler than the original automatic download circuit. CH343P is not used because welding and debugging are more difficult. Designed based on the [official circuit](https://www.wch.cn/application/575.html) (as shown below), the program burning speed has been greatly improved compared to CH340. The whole thing has been verified and can be used. Interested friends can also reproduce it to play. If you have any suggestions or opinions, please point them out.
