[Verified]TB67H450FNG motor driver module

Overview

The TB6612FNG chip can be used as an alternative motor drive solution when the chip is more expensive. The theoretical performance is not much different from that of the 6612. It also has a separate PWM control pin and the interface is consistent with the classic TB6612FNG motor drive module. It can be used after verification. Friends in need can use it. If there are any errors or suggestions, please feel free to point them out.
