Overview

This design uses ON Semiconductor's 5c404 nmos tube with wide input voltage range and large current load capacity. It uses a large amount of copper laying and window welding copper sheets to achieve a theoretical load capacity of about 370A and an instantaneous load capacity of 1000A.
Considering the cost and practical application scenarios Other specifications of MOS tubes can be selected.
The indicator light is derived from the voltage of the control board and poured into the controller through current limiting. It is recommended that the derived voltage be lower than 6.4V.
This design integrates an NTC thermistor, which can return the temperature to the control board to a certain extent through circuit conversion.
The interface is redundant, and users can design or modify it according to their needs to add interfaces to achieve more functions.
