The PCD produced by Lichuang is used as the panel (100*50mm board), and the corresponding sponge pad is added inside to fix the U disk and SD card. If the cooperation is done well, it will be no problem to stand it upside down. Of course, other materials can also be used, such as 3D printed TPU materials, which are also good.

I miss the days when there was no shortage of machines in school/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~. It is recommended to print the shell yourself with pla. The hot-melt nut can be heated with a soldering iron and then inserted into it.
If you don’t have a 3D printer, you can place an order on Taobao or Lichuang’s 3D Monkey and submit the STL format file. If you use 3D Monkey to order and print this project, it is not recommended to use Black SLA photosensitive resin (domestic). It easily becomes brittle when exposed to heat, and the hot-melt nut will break as soon as it is touched and pressed. I haven't tried other resins.
