Overview

1. The interface design is based on the LVGL
demonstration video, see: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1yr4y1371b
1) Long press the OK button on the main interface to lock/unlock the manual channel, short press to enter the menu; to unlock, press up and down The frequency can be adjusted left and right.
2) The menu interface is divided into three parts: Scan; Settings; About.
Press up and down to switch menu options, confirm to enter the submenu, left click to return to the main interface
3) The scan menu has three sub-contents:
the image scan displays the signal strength of the frequency 5300-5900MHz;
the table scan displays the signal strength of the image transmission channel in different colors, and the scan is completed , the frequency switches to the channel with the best current signal strength and is displayed in the upper right corner.
RSSI calibration is used to calibrate RSSI. If image transmission is not turned on, the calibration will fail. If it succeeds, the result will be saved.
4) In the setting interface, you can set the display backlight intensity, fan speed, boot animation, buzzer, etc. to be turned on. The OSD format needs to be saved and re-opened on the main page to take effect.
5) Display relevant information about the interface.

2. OSD supports
OSD function added by Linbaobao (Bilibili ID), non-overlay mode, it can be turned on by unlocking it on the main interface.
See the demonstration video at: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1ya411g78U and it is fully synchronized with the receiver UI.
Note: The OSD function is not supported on the original hardware: you need to connect gpio25 to the video (video output).
3. Tutorial
3.1 Prepare complete hardware including upper and lower
boards Check whether each power supply is short-circuited to ground and whether it is soldered (mainly ESP32-PICO-D4).
There should be no problem with the lower board.
3.2 Use USB to TTL to connect to the upper board (downloading does not require lower board)
USB to TTL and the TX and RX cross-connections of the upper board are as shown below:
3.3 Download the firmware
and unzip the ESP32_FirmWare.zip folder in the attachment to get three xxx.bin files. As shown below:
Unzip the flash_download_tool_3.9.2_0.zip folder in the attachment and get the following files:
Double-click flash_download_tool_3.9.2_0.exe to open the download program:
Open the decompressed bin file in the order shown below:
bootloader.bin 0x1000partition-table.bin 0x8000RX5808.bin 0x10000
SPIFLASH Set as shown below:
Press and hold BOOT and then power on, select the COM port and download: (The picture below shows the download completion)
4. The cost
is excluding the board printing fee, which is about 30-40 yuan for the upper board and about 30 yuan for the lower board. About 60-70 yuan (for reference only).
5. Note
1. I have proofed the upper board, but added the resistor from the filter to the video output, removed the pull-down resistor of SI2302, and the io4 and io12 labels were reversed. This has been corrected, and other things have not been changed. The lower board has not been proofed, everyone. Please check it yourself before making a sample.
2. The package of ESP32 should be LGA, which will be difficult to solder. When 3.3V and 5V are both normal, problems such as the display not lighting up and being unable to download are basically because the ESP32 is not soldered properly.
