Overview

Real-time acquisition of voltage and current of USB line, and calculation of power consumption.
The detection voltage range is the voltage range of the adopted AMS1117, and the current upper limit is 2A.

*4. The hardware part
is designed by Jiali Chuang EDA.
The main control adopts the national technology N32G430C8L7. The N32G430 series adopts the 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F core, with a maximum operating frequency of 128MHz, supports floating-point operations and DSP instructions, integrates up to 64KB embedded encrypted Flash, 16KB SRAM, integrates rich high-performance analog devices, built-in 1 12bit 4.7Msps ADC, 3 high-speed comparators, and integrates multiple U(S)ART, I2C, SPI, CAN and other digital communication interfaces. USB to ttl burning is adopted, and the wiring method is R to R and T to T when in use. The power supply interface is reserved, and the power supply sampling ams1117 can be directly used to convert the voltage to 3.3v
using the burner +3.3v power supply. The current detection uses INA180A2IDBVR with a 100 milliohm sampling resistor to achieve low-side current detection, with a gain of 50v/v. The voltage detection uses 91k and 10k voltage division *5. The voltage has been calibrated in the software program, but the current has not been calibrated due to lack of equipment. The program can directly use the attachment. If the national technology download tool is used for burning, it must be 1.2.5 and above. Program and download tool download link: Attachment *6. The original parts in the BOM list can be purchased in the LiChuang Mall. The USB connector may be out of stock. It is recommended to purchase resistors with higher precision for R2 and R3. The screen can be purchased on other e-commerce platforms.
