86-type human presence sensor (II) power board

 
Overview

1. Product Introduction:
Based on HLK-PM01, it is a 100~240Vac to 5Vdc 600mA power module suitable for 86-type smart switches.
 
2. Application scenario:
Ordinary lamps are connected to smart homes.
This module is a power base plate and needs to be used with a control board (control board project) to control the switch of lamps.
 
3. Product Overview:
Using Hongfa's single-channel magnetic latching relay, it is only powered when turned on and off, and does not need to be powered continuously at other times; the relay coil will not heat up after long-term use, and the state can be maintained after power failure.
Single-channel control signal input, the level high ground/pulse of A and B signals can control the relay to attract or release
100~240Vac to 5Vdc power supply, the power supply design complies with UL and CE safety certification requirements
 
4. Product parameters:
Input voltage: 100~240Vac
Controllable voltage range: 10A 250Vac
Relay control: high and low level/pulse control (5Vdc)
Power board size: 54mm * 57.5mm Double-sided patch is available
5. Instructions for use:
INA and INB signal lines control the relay status, the truth table
is as follows: The upper and lower board connection instructions are as shown in the figure:
When installing the box, you need to put the power board into the box first, and then insert the buckle on the left side of the control board into the slot of the box, as shown in the red circle in the figure:
 
6. Remarks:
This project needs to be used with the control board, see the personal homepage [86-type human presence sensor (I) control board] for details.
Do not touch any part of the circuit board when the power module is powered on to prevent electric shock! ! !
The cost of the power board is about 15 to 20 yuan, and the price of a single shell is 1.8 yuan.
The top cover size is 81.5*81.5*3mm, the upper and lower board connection female plastic height is 4.3mm (not greater than 4.3mm), the power board copper column aperture is 3.8mm, and the power board fixing screw is M1.5
