Overview

Why do we make this power bank:
We hope to provide this power bank for DIY experts on campus to play with. It has a capacity of 53000mAh and is the same size as a book. It can be used for a week after being fully charged. You no longer have to worry about power outages and power restrictions in some schools. You can charge various electrical devices at any time through wires or wirelessly. When necessary, you can also use it for lighting.
Therefore, the code name of this power bank is "Campus No. 1 Brother". You can become a "human charging pile" by yourself or for others. When the mobile phone is running out of power when you are playing games, take it out and charge it; when the girl's mobile phone is out of power, take it out and become her light.
About the design:
Battery: Use polymer soft-pack battery and high-density soft-pack power cell. Fully charged 4.2V, discharge from 4.2V to 3.2V capacity is as high as 53000 mAh~55000 mAh, and discharge from 4.2V to 2.75V capacity is as high as 62000 mAh. 
Mainboard: IP5568 solution, integrated wired charging + wireless charging + large-screen digital tube display + battery over-temperature, over-current, over-charge and over-discharge protection. (Special note: Although this design includes a battery protection circuit, for aesthetic reasons, the overall acrylic structure is adopted. When carrying and using it daily, you should still pay attention to protection. If possible, when DIY, please add non-flammable fillers inside.) Battery
installation board: The oversized pad is embedded with M3 gold-plated copper nuts and large-cap M3 gold-plated screws to facilitate battery installation. Considering that there may not be so many tools on campus, it is specially designed to be installed without welding.
Wireless charging transmitter coil: All-copper multi-strand enameled wire is tightly wound, the coil diameter is up to 40MM, and the receiver is detected over a large area.
Temperature sensor: Use 3950 high-precision temperature sensor close to the battery to transmit battery temperature data to the main control chip at all times. When the temperature is abnormal, the chip can stop charging in time to ensure the safety of battery use.
