tc4056+dw01 linear lithium battery charging module and protection board

Overview

There are currently two versions available. The green version is the second version. It uses a vertically mounted chip. It is small in size and compact in structure. The maximum theoretical current of the protection board is 6A, but there is no CC resistor. In some cases, the charger may not be able to recognize that
the blue version is the third version. The third version has optimized the wiring, increased the overcurrent capability of the lithium battery protection board, added the cc pin identification resistor, and fixed the unrecognizable problem caused by the lack of cc resistor on some chargers. The maximum theoretical current of the lithium battery protection board 9A, but the size is larger.
Both the protective board and the charger body have slots, so they can be used separately. You can also use
the board directly. You can choose to manufacture it separately or vcut (I made vcut, and you can get 120 pieces at a time (second version)) Or 75 pieces (three versions).
As for the first version...it's the purple one. Because the DRC was not checked before manufacturing, the protective board wires overlapped, resulting in a short circuit, making it unusable, so the loss was more than 30 (but 120 chargers were received)
The pcb ruler next to the pcb ruler is 10cm. Do
not refer to the system to automatically generate the table for the pcb ruler component. The pcb and schematic diagram are marked (the pcb is on the silk screen layer, and the board will be printed directly). The automatic generation may have errors
if it is regarded as a function. Module, you can connect a 0.4 ohm resistor in series at the access end.
Because the heat sharing module is a linear voltage step-down, it has low efficiency and generates a lot of heat. It is recommended to dissipate the heat well, otherwise the thermal protection will be triggered and the speed will slow down. The second generation design Welding assistance is not available in the third generation. It is recommended to use hot air. The bottom must be tinned for thermal conductivity.
The submitted second-generation module has optimized the layout and added a solder mask bridge, which is slightly different from the photo.
