1 to 4 string lithium battery charger, based on ip2365 design, compatible with m.2 interface

 
Overview

This is a small-sized charging module based on ip2365. It can be used on a large board, or it can be used directly as a charging module, connected using the m.2 interface, or directly welded to
support 1-4 strings of lithium battery charging. It has been tested. The current can reach 3A (heat dissipation is required). It can run for a long time without heat dissipation.
It supports setting the minimum starting voltage under 2A.
It supports setting the input and output maximum current
independently. The chip supports IIC communication. This PCB does not support it. You can draw out the interface by yourself if you need it. (Pin 7 and 9 of the chip)
The PCB adopts a four-layer board design. The middle two layers are ground layers, which simultaneously isolates the inductor and reduces interference.
The PCB does not specify an impedance structure. If you need to use an m.2 slot, the board thickness is recommended to be 1mm for
custom voltage. For the setting test, the standard setting resistor is not used, so
the ripple test under 3A load is not 8.4v. The performance is excellent. I forgot to measure the driving waveform. Theoretically, the battery is charged at 250KHZ
for the battery charging test. The second string is set and the voltage is set. 8.3v (no resistor, approximate value used)
This module can be combined with other PCBs, but it will lose a certain size advantage. The example is a small fan. It will take some time to open source
