51 Snake dot matrix screen

Project Introduction
        This is my first attempt to draw schematic diagrams and PCBs. There may be some unreasonable things. The plan is for reference only! If you want to directly reuse my PCB design to achieve the same effect as my work, please be sure to read the "Notes" in the project description.
        I have nothing to do during the summer vacation of 2022, and I suddenly want to make a circuit board. After all, as an electronics enthusiast, how can I not design my own circuit board? So among many EDA software, I chose Lichuang EDA, which is not very good for novice college students. After many revisions I finally decided to make the board. After receiving the board, I excitedly soldered all the components and programmed it! Plug in! Power on! What caught my eye was "garbled characters" covering the entire dot matrix screen... After many investigations, I finally discovered that my dot matrix pin headers were misplaced, and they all needed to be rotated 180 degrees. But after adjusting it with Dupont cable, the screen is still garbled. I can't figure it out.
