Overview

Yingjixin IP6808 is a wireless charging transmitter SoC control chip that is compatible with the latest WPC Qi v1.2.4 standard. It integrates all the functions required for wireless power transmitter design that complies with the latest WPC Qi V1.2.4 specification. It supports 5W, Apple 7.5W, Samsung 10W. IP6808 detects the wireless receiver through analog ping and establishes communication with the receiving end, then starts power transmission. The IP6808 decodes the communication packets sent from the receiver and then uses a PID algorithm to change the oscillation frequency to adjust the output power on the coil. Once the battery on the receiver is fully charged, the IP6808 terminates power transfer. In addition, the chip also integrates a full-bridge drive circuit, including voltage and current bidirectional ASK demodulation modules, as well as input overvoltage/current protection and FOD modules.
