this power supply uses USB-PD for power supply, and then boosts it through XL6007 (BOOST topology, only boost output). The output 10-40V can be customized.
This solution can adjust the output voltage by changing the value of the feedback resistor directly according to the schematic voltage calculation formula. It is easy to DIY 9V 12V router power supply (be careful not to overload). The
 
original solution configured by XL6007 is not suitable for PD_0 gear (5V ) to boost, so I recalculated the values ​​of passive components and designed a (actually several) USB mini boost solution. By changing the value of the feedback resistor (if necessary, changing the capacitance and inductance through formula calculation), You can customize a power supply solution of your own.
Note that in this design, when the USB input is 5V, the short-term (<0.1s) maximum power should not exceed 10W, and the long-term maximum power should not exceed 6W. From the perspective of efficiency, it is recommended to use XL6001 for the constant current solution. Or XL6003, XL6001 and XL6003 circuits have smaller power on the current sensing resistor.
Note that XL6001 has a voltage resistance of 32V!
