[Training Camp] [Internet of Things Practical Combat] Lichuang EDA Light Strip-987866A

 
Overview

       It was my first time to participate in the training camp of Lichuang EDA & Tuya Smart Platform. I originally planned to design a simple smart home, such as lighting, which is very practical, and light strips are an indispensable embellishment in life. At present, it is just a PCB board with a lamp bead embedded in it. It is completely integrated after being connected to the RGB 5V lamp strip through pin headers. Through Tuya Smart's development-free solution, my product can quickly become smart - a smart home with light strips. Its functions include: colored light, scene, music light, do not disturb mode, microphone music rhythm, etc. It also supports light timing and dimming, allowing you to wake up when you fall asleep, and does not disturb you when the power is off. By adding the WB3S WIFI & BLE Bluetooth dual protocol module, the product can connect to WiFi and Bluetooth. With the simplified operation, multiple choices and free control of the APP, the intelligence of the product can be realized. The important thing about this product is that it can be used as an ambient light, which cannot be achieved by ordinary single-color lighting at home. This product has a three-color lamp, which is very suitable for ambient lighting. It can work when connected to 5v voltage. The schematic diagram was drawn quite smoothly with a little foundation, but I actually encountered a problem in the middle - when my schematic diagram was transferred to PCB, the system prompted that there was an error in the USB network, and I forgot to connect the pins that were not connected to the circuit × , and then added it, and successfully transferred to PCB. After drawing the PCB, I also encountered the problem of network errors - the system prompted that there was an error in the USB network. After checking several times, I found that the GND connected by the USB was wrong. By modifying the schematic diagram of the power supply part, multiple GNDs were introduced. To simplify the line, the network problem is solved. ; In addition, most of the parts this time are in 0805 chip packaging. The school's laboratory only has a simple soldering station, so I also exercised my craftsmanship. The hardware of the project mainly uses the WB3S WIFI&BLE Bluetooth dual protocol module. There is a USB port to connect the power supply, and then the voltage is reduced to 3.3V through the power supply part, and then the lamp beads are lit. There are RGB VCC pin headers for connecting lamps. Take, light it up. In terms of software, the APP Tuya Smart provided by Tuya is used to control the product online.
       At first, I was learning LiChuang EDA schematics from the teacher, and I was just getting started. Then I learned a lot from the live broadcast in this training camp. Although I encountered many big and small problems along the way, I solved them all. I am very grateful. The friends I met in the training camp helped me a lot, thank you very much. I was able to make a product by myself. Although it was not perfect, it gave me a sense of accomplishment and the motivation to continue learning relevant knowledge. I hope I can do better next time.
