1. This project is divided into two boards, exactly twice a month, one is the top board and the other is the bottom board.
2. Each board has two sides, one side has basically no traces, and the other side has traces and is compatible with the push probe design.
3. When used as a probe holder, place the two sides with traces facing the outside to avoid short circuiting if the board is caught in the middle.
4. When used as an ordinary pressing probe, the designs of the two boards are slightly different, but there are no major problems related to basic welding.
5. I originally made a welding tooling, but there was a problem and there was no good optimization plan, so I didn’t put the drawings aside for the time being.
6. When used as a single board, there are two methods for welding probes. One is to have a heating plate, which is very convenient and I won’t go into details. If the other type only has a soldering iron, it is recommended to solder one by one, otherwise the solder in the middle will be short-circuited and it will be very troublesome to remove.
7. If you only have one opportunity to build the board, you can only build the top board, but you must take measures to prevent short circuits.
