Project introduction
1. This project uses a heating and cooling lamp adjustment panel made by Tuya Zigbee module. The development-free (no need to write code) version is very friendly to novices. This adjustment motherboard supports three ways to adjust the light: cold, warm, and cold + warm.
2. This project chooses Zigbee module production, which requires the use of Tuya multi-mode gateway. For details, click here.
3. In order to cater to the public and the mainstream, this project adopts a variety of access and output methods. The author chose to input Type-C TO USB in the layout.
4. This project circuit currently only supports 5V desk lamps. If you have a 12V or other power supply voltage, please change the circuit according to your own conditions.
Don't know what to do?
Step 1: First, we enter Tuya IOT official website, click here to enter , click the overview on the left, and then click Create Product.
Step 2: Click on lighting and click on light source.
Part 3: Here we can see a variety of modules for you to choose from. You can choose the appropriate module according to your personal situation (for this tutorial, we will follow the Zigbee module). Enter the product name and proceed to the next step.
Part 4: Fill in the product name, the web page will pop up to add the function, here we can choose the default, click to confirm directly
Step 5: Choose the appropriate panel as our dimming interface
Step 6: Choose the appropriate module (here I take the ZTU module as an example)
Step 7: After we select the module, we need to make the firmware. The choice of firmware can be selected from the attachments. (Attachment is at the bottom of the article )
Step 8: In this way, the creation of our entire product is completed. Add the selected module to the shopping cart, place the order and wait for receipt.
After selecting the module, how do I choose the PCB?
1. Later in this article, I have prepared three input and output methods for everyone to choose from.
2. There are Mrcio, Type-C, and USB input options. For the output part, I made the general part. (USB+3P2.54 pin header)
3. If you only want to use a warm lamp or a cold lamp, you can choose the USB output. If you want to use cold + warm lights, you can choose the output mode of the pin header.
Mrcio TO USB
Type-C TO USB
USB TO USB
Note: If you choose single lamp mode, the rest of the circuit does not need to be soldered. It is also marked on the PCB.
After welding, how to configure the network?
If you choose the Zigbe module, you need to power on and off the motherboard five times before entering the network distribution mode. During the network distribution process, the light will blink, indicating that the current distribution network state is entered. At this time, you only need to turn on the Tuya Smart Click on lighting in the APP and click on the light source ( Zigbee ) to complete the network configuration. Other modules are determined according to the options you configure the module firmware at that time.
