XL1509 ADJ regulated power supply module

Overview

Using the buck controller XL1509 chip as the core device, a step-down DC switching regulated power supply is designed and produced. When the rated input DC voltage is 24V, the rated output DC voltage is 12V, and the maximum output current is 2.0A. It has over-current protection function and the operating current is 1.5A±0.1.
Requirements:
(1) Under the rated input voltage of 24V, the output voltage deviation is <100mV;
(2) Under the rated input voltage of 24V, the maximum output current: >2.0A;
(3) With overcurrent protection function, the operating current is 1.5A±0.1;
