# Design of DC adjustable power supply based on LM2596

## Device selection

1. C_in is the input filter capacitor, and a 100uF 50V chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor is selected;
2. D_1 is a voltage regulator diode, and 1N5822 is selected;
3. L_1 is a power inductor, and a 33uH 3.5A power chip inductor is selected;
4. C_out is an output filter capacitor, and a 220uF 100V chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor is selected;
5. R_1 is a feedback sampling resistor, and a 1.2kΩ ± 0.1% high-precision resistor is selected;
6. R_2 is a feedback voltage divider resistor, and a 50KΩ ± 10% 8mm long-handled variable resistor is selected;
7. L_2 is an output filter inductor, and a 100uF 160V (100V inventory is tight) chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor is selected;
8. C_1 is the output filter capacitor, and a 22uH 3.5A power chip inductor is selected;
9. The input is Micro-USB;
10. The output is a screw terminal block.
