Thanks to @yyhc for the open source [ESP32-S3 core board](https://oshwhub.com/yyhc/esp32-s3-12k-hu-xin-ban), I just modified it based on it.

With **automatic download**, OTG, UART, two WS2812b, full IO dual pinout.

I also have a CP2102 and a lot of plug-in resistors I bought before, so the resistors are plug-in, all pull-up and pull-down, no voltage divider, resistance value 10k - 820k is fine. I put a 20k LED, you can see that it is not very bright. ,len:
