ITR9909-four-channel tracking module

Overview

The ITR9909 consists of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor packaged side by side on a converging optical axis in a black thermoplastic housing. Phototransistors only receive radiation from IR. This is normal, but when the target is in between, the phototransistor cannot receive the radiation.
The detection distance is 2cm-8cm
and the input voltage is 5V-8.4V.
