The Allwinner H5 development board is based on the open source Allwinner H5 TV box.
Main controller: Quanzhi H5
Memory: Two DDR3, capacity to be determined
Storage: Choose one of onboard eMMC and NAND. One TF card interface can insert TF card
Network: Onboard WIFI 1-way Ethernet port
Interface part: TV interface reserved, Ethernet interface, WIFI antenna coaxial cable interface, 4 USB outputs, 1 HDMI output, onboard microphone, audio output and LCD5110 screen interface, TF card interface, 5V fan interface (no speed adjustment)
It is my first time to draw a high-speed signal line. I checked a lot of information and drew it for nearly a month. It basically complies with the rules (the 4-layer wiring is quite crowded and some places cannot meet the 2W principle). The impedance is based on the JLC2313 structure.
This board has not been physically tested, only the DRC has been checked. I hope you guys can help check it and ask questions. If you want to make samples for testing, remember to select the impedance JLC2313 structure and the board thickness must be 1.6mm when placing your order.
