MP2315 power module

Note: It has been modified to version 2.0 (the copper connection method has been modified and the high-current thin wires have been windowed to increase the current carrying capacity).
If you need to use an external EN enable Control (active at high level, the enable reference voltage can be consistent with the input voltage, please refer to the data sheet for details) Please remove the R2 100K resistor to use external enable control.
 
MP2315 is a high-frequency synchronous rectification buck switching converter with built-in power MOSFET. It provides a very compact solution, achieving 3A continuous output current over a wide input range with excellent load and line regulation. The MP2315 uses a synchronous operating mode within the output current load range to achieve high efficiency. Its current control mode provides fast transient response and makes the loop easier to stabilize. Comprehensive protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and over-temperature shutdown protection. The MP2315 minimizes the use of existing standard external components and is packaged in a space-saving 8-pin TSOT23 package.
