(1) 3D printed shell and base
3D printed model can be obtained in the attachment. The first colored lamp shell module can be printed as many times as needed, and the remaining bases and connectors only need to be printed once.

Through this controller, you can use the mobile phone Bluetooth to control the light strip. Of course, you can also design your own light strip and use a single-chip microcomputer to control the light strip.
 
Production process:
(1) The assembly process of the colored light module is as follows:
① The probe and circuit board can be embedded in the shell, and then 502 is used to glue and fix them;
② First install the external ring magnet (pay attention to the polarity of the magnet, which should allow the modules to fit successfully), and its inner diameter can be clamped on the shell. After clamping, use 502 to fix it. The internal magnet can be positioned using the module with the external magnet installed, and then fixed and glued to the PCB;
③ Cut the long light strip into individual lamp beads, pay attention to the need to leave solder pads on both sides, and after determining the entry and exit direction (probe in, PCB board out), solder the two ends; (If soldering is difficult here, you can also try to complete the soldering before step ①)
④ Cut the light diffuser to a suitable size and use double-sided tape to stick it to the shell.
*The improved version is used here, so eight small round magnets need to be installed on the shell (pay attention to the polarity of the magnets, which should allow the modules to fit successfully)
 
(2) Base assembly
① Install the PCB on the connector 1 and solder the wiring. This step is somewhat difficult. On the one hand, the position of the PCB and the ring magnet needs to be accurately fixed. On the other hand, if the magnet and the wiring interfere, some magnets need to be knocked off.
*The design here is not perfect. The four corners of the connector 1 are not designed to strengthen the magnet space. When it is finally completed, some double-sided tape can be added here to fix it.
② Glue the controller to the base, assemble and connect the plug.
*The base cover is not designed here. Thick cardboard can be cut and glued. If 3D printing is required, it can be designed by yourself.
 
Finished effect:
The modules of the colored lights can be freely combined and deformed. After the controller is powered, the lights can be controlled through the mobile phone app.
