This car is mainly used for the 2023 Optoelectronic Creative Design Competition (lower grade group) of the School of Optoelectronic Engineering of Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology: "Optoelectronic Navigation Object Hunting Competition Car" competition topic.
The main control is STC8H8K64U-45I-PDIP40,
and all peripheral resources are:
onboard serial port download/charging two-in-one 4Pin magnetic USB interface (note that the front and back of the magnetic interface must be distinguished when welding!);
seven-way infrared tracking sensor ( Onboard comparator, digital signal 0/1 output, potentiometer to adjust sensitivity);
5V 2.1A lithium battery charge and discharge management module (single 18650 battery, fully charged about 4.2v);
DRV8833 dual-channel motor drive module;
TCS34725 color recognition Module;
HC-SR04 ultrasonic module;
OLED-IIC display module;
full-color LED-RGB light;
5V active buzzer;
four-way soft touch buttons;
serial port 2IO lead;
4 unused IO leads (P1.4 P2 .7 P3.4 P4.5).
It has a high degree of integration, and all components including motors are installed on the same PCB board. It is easy to install and can meet the needs of relatively simple photoelectric smart car competitions. (Tracking, obstacle avoidance, color recognition, sound and light alarm, etc.)
Except for the serial port download part which uses SMD IC (USB to TTL chip CH340N) and SMD battery holder, all components of the vehicle are in-line type, making it convenient for novices welding.

Attachment 1 is a web interactive BOM table. Download it and open it with a browser. The effect is as shown in the figure.
Hover the mouse and the corresponding components will be highlighted in red. You can also check the left side for selection and welding to facilitate welding and inspection.

Attachment 2 is STC8H. Attachment 3 of the chip manual
is a detailed graphic tutorial on soldering installation.
