Simple Tesla Coil Exciter

Overview

This is the simplest single-tube self-excitation circuit. The resonant frequency can be adjusted automatically. It uses a BD243C NPN transistor, but it has high requirements for heat dissipation, so three transistors can be connected in parallel. The measured heat generation is very low, and the arc can be pulled longer. The three transistors in parallel can be plugged into the external interface.
