Dual resonant Tesla coil DRSSTC driver board

Overview

A year ago (it seems) I released a strange driver board.

The wiring of this thing https://oshwhub.com/terrariaking/shuang-xie-zhen-te-si-la-xian-ju can be said to be quite good. Weird (?)

PCB design description.
After many days, I drew another one. This time, I used dual totems to drive GDT. The driving current is larger and more violent.
Of course, if you don’t want to use dual totems, you can also solder only one group, two upper and lower groups. It is exactly the same
because the direct plug components cannot be plugged in, so I used a patch
(I forgot to print the silk screen characters when making the board, I am a fool).
Note:
Adjust the 2596 output voltage to about 18v-20v (because the totem output voltage depends on the power supply voltage)
Threshold voltage (voltage of pin 3 of lm393) = (overload current to be set/number of transformer turns) * sampling resistor resistance (the one in my picture is 10Ω)
1V≈100A when R5=10Ω (adjust the 393 side to Adjust the resistor to change the voltage)
H1 is the threshold voltage test point (characters have been added to the new version). For
details on the number of turns of the transformer, see the picture below (taken from Zhou Guang X’s video [It’s not because of laziness]) Zhou Lao’s video details See

. The recommended power supply voltage is 24V. It is recommended to add a heat sink to the two three-terminal voltage regulators (it is okay not to add one, it is only 40-50℃ for a long time) )
If the frequency is high, it is recommended to post a heat sink
