1. Schematic diagram
The schematic diagram mainly contains two parts. The first is the charging circuit, which supports balanced charging of two strings. The second is a two-stage adjustable boost circuit used to adjust the output voltage.
 
 
2. Structural parts
The structural parts are composed of three parts, one is the handle (holder), the other is the pig's nose (pipe), and the third is the back cover (cover_02). It was drawn using SolidWorks. The attachment has been uploaded. Interested students can download it and take a look.
 
 
3. Assembly
Assembly is relatively simple. However, there is a known problem, that is, the battery is too large and too high. The circuit board cannot be inserted into the originally designed slot and needs to be moved down. The battery holder also needs to cut off a block. details as follows.
