Mini Class D amplifier (TPA3110D2)

Overview

Originally, I wanted to own a mini power amplifier with good effect, but I couldn’t find a suitable one after shopping around on Xobao, so I designed this mini portable audio power amplifier module. It is a digital power amplifier based on TPA3110D2 and has a 30W drive capability. For daily use, it is enough as a study or bedroom audio driver.

Some adjustments were made in terms of POP sound elimination and background current noise, and a switch mute circuit was added to the SD pin. The adjustable potentiometer will generate some high-frequency noise during the sliding process. Two 10nF capacitors to ground are added next to it for filtering (the measured results are good). It is recommended to use a power supply voltage of 15V-20V, which can effectively eliminate the background current. Voice.

The audio source input terminal uses two 1uF Weimar capacitors as the left and right channel inputs, and the preamp uses the voltage to follow the output to achieve isolation between input and output.
