* 9. Precautions
When making 3D shells, do not install the size design of the shell when drilling screw holes. It should be about 1.6mm smaller than the size of the upper and lower shells, otherwise the PCB board will be stuck between the gaps between the upper and lower shells, and it cannot be adjusted at all. You can only manually cut the screw holes a little lower.
Be sure to check the screw hole size when making 3D shells. When I was drawing, I remembered that I chose M3 for both the upper and lower shells, but I don’t know which environment had a problem. The diameters of the screw holes of the upper and lower shells were 3.0 and 2.8 respectively, which made it very difficult to install.
The 3D shell design of Jiali Chuang is indeed very convenient.
It is best to prepare a touch spring for capacitive touch.
