The top layer is made of 0603 LEDs of various colors, which can be arranged into various patterns and names. Since the LED pad of 0603 is too small and the silk screen has been removed, it is not easy to weld manually. It is recommended to use Jialichuang's SMT patch.
2. The second layer of control board is driven by stc microcontroller, has pwm output function, and is driven by LED boost chip to maximize the power conversion efficiency and avoid dimming flicker. Use pad soldering to connect directly to the first layer board. Please note that half-hole process is not required when placing an order. The control board can be directly powered by battery or USB, and has a timeout automatic shutdown function. The shutdown current is less than 5ua. 3. The remaining layers are also composed of PCB. It is designed as a hollowed-out frame of the PCB, and a lithium battery can be placed inside. The overall structure is compact, compact and strong.
