18650_2P charging stand

The project is used to charge 18650 specification lithium batteries. The device uses a two-bit TC4056A as a charging management chip to provide charging protection for the lithium battery and prevent overcharging. It has a two-bit 18650 specification battery holder and can charge two 18650 batteries at the same time. specifications lithium battery, or one of them can be used alone.
 
 
External power supply of the device: The device is powered by Micro USB, Type-C, and 2P binding posts. The input power supply specification is required to be 5V1A. You can choose any one of the three input methods.
 
Lithium battery holder connection: The iron pins of the lithium battery holder are connected to the PCB through welding cables. The PCB has two battery power input interfaces, namely XH2.54 2P and 2P terminals. The red wire is connected to the positive pole of the battery holder. , the black wire is connected to the negative terminal of the battery holder.
 
Charging current setting: The device can customize the charging current size and control the charging current by changing the resistance value of the corresponding pin of TC4056A to ground. The corresponding relationship between the resistance value and the resistance size is as follows: It is recommended to use a 3K resistor.

Shell model: The shell is 3D printed. When printing, the model should be adjusted to 101% and fixed with 4xM3*10mm screws. The battery holder should be fixed with hot melt glue.
