Overview

The RDGD3160I3PH5EVB is a three-phase inverter reference design and evaluation board equipped with six GD3160 gate drivers for IGBT/SiC MOSFET devices. The board supports SPI daisy chain communication for programming and independent communication with 3 high-side gate drivers and 3 low-side gate drivers, and comes with fault management and auxiliary circuit functions.

This evaluation kit is designed to connect to compatible HybridPACK Drive IGBT modules for full three-phase inverter application development.
