DI-182 - 65 W Laptop Adapter Meets Energy Star 2.0 (ES 2.0) Requirements

DI-182 - 65 W Notebook Adapter Which Meets Requirements for Energy Star 2.0 (ES 2.0)

Overview
Design features very compact, low parts count Low profile eSIP-7C single in-line package Same thermal resistance characteristics as standard TO-220 package allows for lower overall height and smaller board footprint Clip-mount eSIP package easily passes IEC60068 shock and vibration tested High energy efficiency Very low no-load input power: <250 mW at 230 VAC High average efficiency: >87.5%, meets ENERGY STAR v2.0 draft requirements (measured at cable end: 1.8 m, 18 AWG , 100 mΩ impedance) 132 kHz operation allows the use of small transformers (EE28) Reduced internal current limit eliminates the need for secondary-side current limiting to meet power limiting source requirements compared to line voltage increases Accurate hysteretic thermal shutdown protection Timed overload protection and automatically restores compliance with CISPR-22/EN55022 B conducted EMI limits
