Overview

This document is an engineering report describing a 6.5 VDC, 600 mA CV/CC charger utilizing the TNY266P. The TNY266P is implemented as both a switch and a controller in a flyback converter. Elimination technology is used in the transformer design to allow the power supply to meet EMI without Y capacitors. This document contains power supply specifications, schematics, bill of materials, transformer documentation, printed circuit layout and performance data.
