60W Auxiliary Power Supply Demonstration Board CRD-060DD12P

Overview

The CRD-060DD12P is a demonstration board for single-ended flyback converter designs. It uses commercially available 1700V silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs to replace a traditional two-switch flyback converter for high-voltage input auxiliary power in three-phase applications. This demonstration board is not designed for product use and is intended only as a tool for evaluating the performance of Cree switching devices.
