5V/12V Synchronous Step-Down PWM DC/DC and Linear Power Controller

Overview

The EV2910ES-00A is an evaluation board for the MP2910ES, which is a dual output with one synchronous buck PWM and one linear controller. This part is used to generate logic supply voltage for PC-based systems. The evaluation board can be turned on or off by a remote EN input referenced to ground. This input is compatible with popular logic devices. This evaluation board also features a power good indicator to comply with the new platform requirements on the Intel® FSB_VTT power platform. The PG port is pulled to ground when the output voltage is less than 10% of its set voltage.
