Overview

The AFT09MS007N is designed for two-way radio applications with frequencies between 136 and 941 MHz. These devices feature high gain, ruggedness, and wideband performance for large signal, common source amplifier applications in mobile radios. This document focuses on wideband UHF power amplifier applications for professional two-way mobile radios.
