Overview

DC/DC non-isolated converter suitable for electric tricycles and four-wheelers, with an input voltage of 36V-80V, suitable for 48V, 60V and 72V battery systems. The output voltage is 12V25A, which is a 300W non-isolated power supply. It has been mass-produced and uses the UC3845B power chip, which has a simple structure and low cost. Parameters of the inductor used: inductance 32.75uH, copper wire with a diameter of 1.5mm, and 16 turns of double wire.
