TPS63070 rectifier and voltage regulator module for hand-cranked generator lamps

Overview
This is a miniature hand-cranked generator lamp, using a three-phase brushless generator core. It's currently the smallest brushless hand-cranked generator lamp on the market, bar none. Compared to the N20 geared motors used in common hand-cranked lamps, the three-phase brushless generator boasts higher power, higher efficiency, and a longer lifespan. [

Original EVA-style appearance, exposed generator rotor for a strong mechanical feel, folding crank handle for portability and simplicity, 94-degree conical knob to prevent slippage, lanyard hole for attaching a lanyard. For printing, it is recommended to use 100% PETG material.

Farad Capacitor Version: Energy Storage: 1 x 5.5V 0.33F Farad Capacitor + 1 x 5.5V 1.5F
Farad Capacitor. Dimensions: 60mm (L) x 37mm (W) x 30mm (H). Fully charged in approximately 30 seconds by hand-cranking; provides approximately 5-10 minutes of continuous use. Lithium Battery Version: Energy Storage: 1 x 5.5V 0.33F Farad Capacitor + 1 x High-Quality 110mAh Steel-Cast Button Battery. Dimensions: 60mm (L) x 37mm (W) x 30mm (H). It takes about 1 hour to fully charge by hand, and the battery life is about 6-7 hours on a single charge.
Both versions have the same PCB and casing; only the circuit board layout differs. You can see the details in my video and the schematic diagram.
The PCB thickness must be 1mm, which is crucial; otherwise, the cover won't close.

Secure the casing with four M1.7*12 hex socket screws. Assemble the crank handle with one M3*14 thin-head hex socket screw and two M1.7*8 Phillips head countersunk screws.
The farad capacitor used is a V-type 5.5V farad capacitor; the model cannot be changed, otherwise it won't fit. The lithium battery is...
You can find 110mAh brushless geared motor generators with a 1654 stainless steel casing and nickel plates on Xianyu (a second-hand marketplace). I've also made a batch of finished products; you can check them out
if you're interested. The light board I used was custom-made. For replicas, you can purchase a 19mm diameter, 5V COB light board.
