(Verified) Adjustable PD deception made by CH224K-master control STC8G1K08

Overview

I have made several PD decoy chips. This peripheral is also simple. I will give it a try this time and verify it.

The core is this CH224K. The USB power supply is directly connected in series with the resistor to stabilize the voltage through the internal voltage regulator tube of the chip and supplies it to the chip.

R1 is a current limiting resistor. Since at 20V, I=V/R=(20-3.3)/1000=16.7mA, the power is about 279mW, so a 1206 package is used.

R2 and LED1 will light up when the voltage reaches the set value, so you can know whether the expected voltage is reached.

R3 pulls up CFG1 to prevent 20V from floating during power-on.

R4 detects the voltage dividing resistor of the output voltage

The main control is STC8G1K08-36I-SOP8, 3.3V working condition, power-down current of 1.8uA, wake-up operation at about 32.768K 480uA.

The power supply is also provided by the CH224K internal voltage regulator after passing through the resistor.

There is a plus key and a minus key, three IOs control CH224K, and one is unused. If necessary, you can modify it to control output or non-output.

The board has a reserved download port and uses the 3.3V serial port to download. If you only have 5V, you can not solder CH224K first, burn the program and then solder it.

The program code attachment is available on your own, a HEX file and a keil project file.

The output seat has M3 and M4 screws to choose from. I have an M3 screw seat here, but there are no screws. You can make changes yourself if necessary. The source code is open. If you have any good suggestions, you can add them according to your ability. For example, power off memory gear and so on.

At present, I have tested Xiaomi USBA 27W, Greenlink 65W, and Nubia 2c1a port, and they can work normally. So far, I have only discovered that one of the charger output boards is broken. I made a small board using this RM6603SC chip, and the deception is very slow.
