INA232/236

Overview
This project introduces
the INA236/232 universal baseboard, a two-layer design with all interfaces exposed. The I2C address can be selected via a 0402 resistor, and the total cost is only 15.3! Only 15.3!!
The author states
it's simply an adapter board. For detailed information, please refer to the Texas Instruments website's design reference guide for the IAN236. I only tested the maximum current of 5A on this board. For higher current requirements, please increase the copper width of the sampling resistor section and implement two layers of traces with via connections. If necessary, please perform tin plating.
The INA236 features a 48V, 16-bit ultra-precision current, voltage, and power monitor with an I2C interface. Actual

measured
accuracy: At 5A, an 18mA current offset occurs, likely due to an inaccurate 8 milliohm resistor, which can be eliminated through calibration. The linearity is excellent, suitable for measuring a specific switch in electrical engineering competitions and industrial applications. However, the price is a bit high, costing 8 yuan per chip in bulk. Reuse is recommended.
