The main controller is an STM32F103C8T6,
supporting one-click program download via Type-C interface and program download via SW interface. The board has a 0.96" LCD, 2 LEDs, 2 keys leading to IIC, SPI, and other interfaces, PAx and PBx pins.
It provides 5V and 3.3V power supplies. There are also 2 test points.

An example project implementing a breathing light is included in the attachment.

Regarding the casing: it uses the casing of an Arduino development board (using excessive force is acceptable).
