There's nothing LCSC can't do !
Unbeatable free AB reinforced motor mount, cost-effective thin mesh for certain CNC structural parts with extremely high tax content
(actually, it was designed to solve the problem of PETG structural parts being damaged by the motor).
Test machine configuration: 350 size 2.4, cost <2k, motor 12 yuan (disassembled Mingzhi 4260), driver 11 yuan (TMC2226), current 1.3A, no weight reduction.

Update Log
2023.08.29 V1 First Release
2023.10.15 V2 Corrected dimensions, fixed the problem of not being able to fix the wire cover, added Z drag chain fixing method, compatible with braid mod
2023.11.5 V2.1 Modified belt groove (to avoid being asked repeatedly if the groove distance is too short).
2024.3.31 V2.2 Reserved a section of the linear guide groove to prevent bottom interference.
V1 has been installed and tested, 2W acceleration, 300 speed printing, 500 speed idle running stably without step loss.
V2 has been installed and tested, performance is the same as V1.
To V1 version users: Updating to V2 is not necessary unless you need to fix the Z-chain, install the wire cover, or use the braid mod .
If you need to update, you only need to replace the A motor mount (right) (for perfectionists, it is recommended to replace everything).
I am very sorry for wasting your two prototyping opportunities, but I really don't know how to draw assembly diagrams.
V2 version does not need to be updated to V2.1. The new version is just to facilitate production.
Parts list:
Item No.
Name
Quantity
Remarks
1
M3*10 round head screws
10
6 for motor fixing, four for installing Z-chain mounting bracket
2
M5*8 round head screws

Since the original printed part thickness is 5mm, while the two PCBs are 3.2mm, the screw length needs to be shortened (overlapping washers is also possible, but not recommended).
3
M5*25 round head screws,
2
idler wheel fixings;
4
M5 nylon anti-loosening nuts,
2
idler wheel fixings;
5
M5 high 10 outer diameter arbitrary cylindrical nuts/internal thread cylindrical pins,
2
to isolate and fix idler wheels
; 6
M3x20 hex studs,
6
motor fixings. Material options: steel/copper (stainless steel looks better).
Screw strength minimum 10.9, do not choose stainless steel!!! Extremely easy to strip
(this table applies to 2.4).
PCB manufacturing instructions:
Please export the Gerber file yourself, otherwise it may be considered a split order and you will not be able to get it for free.
Process: Open the editor in the upper right corner - Export (F10) - PCB manufacturing file (Gerber) - Export Gerber - No, continue exporting
in two orders: A-side_rotated_V2.1 and B-side_rotated_V2.1 (after rotation, the size is within 10x10, you can get it for free).
Select thickness 1.6, FR4 and aluminum substrate are both acceptable (FR4 recommended).
For FR4, please manually change the board layer count to double layer, default is not allowed. For single-sided boards, only green solder mask

boards with added markings are available. Please select according to this image

and then select the production draft if you are unsure.
Five boards are required at a time, with the top and bottom boards identical. Two boards can be stacked; no bonding is needed.
If you feel the strength is insufficient, you can stack more, but you need to calculate the screw length yourself (in actual testing, two boards are already quite sturdy).
Note that
the thickness after stacking two boards is 3.2mm, which is 5mm less than the original printed part. Therefore, you need to print the 1.8mm thickened belt clips in the attachment. Otherwise, the screws fixing the belt and Z-node on the side will not be able to be tightened to the bottom (if using the GE5C fisheye bearing mod, please print the version applicable to this mod).
When fixing the A motor mount's upper cover plate or braid support, nuts are not required. Screws are directly screwed into the PCB board (don't tighten too much, otherwise stripping will be fatal).
Do not tighten the anti-loosening nut too much; just enough to prevent slippage. The bearings
used as idlers still require shims for assembly.
For reference,

I uploaded a picture of the motor mount, and it was recognized as this?? This is a verification written by JEP??
(Fortunately, the four images weren't misidentified after being pieced together.)
The image shows that the internal threaded cylindrical pin was 2mm too short, requiring two washers, which is not normally necessary.

High-brightness, high-efficiency LED portable light with USB-A and Type-C ports
This portable LED light features a high-brightness, high-efficiency aluminum substrate with USB-A and Type-C ports, and can be powered by mobile phones with Type-C ports, power banks, etc. Power can be adjusted via resistors R1 and R2. A mounting position for a 2510 cooling fan is provided. It boasts a simple structure and low cost.
The LEDs are Seoul STW8C12C-E0, available on Taobao. Note the pin package shape.

The power chip is a PW2053
Type-C with a built-in board and cc pins. Before soldering, solder a 5.1k resistor between cc and GND.
The USB interface has a convenient soldering shape.
Actual product demonstration. ------------------------------------------------

Actual measurements: When R2=56k and R1=16k, soldering 40 LEDs yields approximately 2.8W.
When R2=56k and R1=15k, soldering 40 LEDs yields approximately 8W. Soldering 10 LEDs yields approximately 3W.
