M5311 NB-IoT China Mobile IoT Evaluation Board

Overview
The M5311 evaluation board test version
was a chip given away at a China Mobile promotional event. I just did some random tweaking to see if it could run
the verification: Verified and usable.
Friendly reminder: Beware of telecom fraud (Last year, when I cancelled my SIM card at a China Telecom branch, they told me I didn't need to manually cancel it. Now, more than a year later, they're still chasing me for money before I even posted this. Even if they use my credit score to blackmail me, I will never pay the cancellation fee. This is blatant telecom fraud).
